• Child must be enrolled for the 2020-21 School Year at time of raffle in order to win. 
  • Child’s name, for whom the tuition credit will be applied, must be on the ticket. 
  • Winner will receive the tuition amount as listed in the contract (minus the enrollment deposit and any Financial Aid Awards) as a one-time payment directly to FACTS. 
  • Should the child not attend St. Agnes or leave during the school year for any reason, the credit cannot be transferred to another student or refunded as there is NO CASH VALUE. 
  • A minimum of 300 tickets must be sold to award the full tuition credit. 
  • Ticket sales of less than 300 will result in a 50/50 split of ticket sales applied as a tuition credit. 
  • Winner’s half will be credited directly to FACTS and is not transferable to another student. Winner will have the option to apply the credit to the first available tuition payments or disperse the funds evenly across the payment plan. 
  • Tickets will be on sale online from May 20 through June 11. 
  • Only 500 tickets will be offered. First come, first served, and while supplies last. 
  • Winner will be drawn on Thursday, June 11 at Noon via a live drawing. 
  • Tuition will be credited to FACTS on or before June 30, 2020.
