In order to receive the Catholic rate, you must be an active and participating Catholic member of St. Agnes or St. William of York Parish OR submit a Letter of Good Standing from your Catholic Parish. Children must be baptized in the Catholic Church and progressing in Sacramental preparation. All fees are included in the tuition rates above, with the exception of: 

  • New families only

    • $50 Application Fee per student (due upon application submission)

    • $250 Non-Refundable Enrollment Deposit (due upon acceptance into St. Agnes to hold your child’s spot – applied toward tuition)

    • FACTS Tuition Payment Plan Fee (FACTS Fee) - depends on the payment plan chosen for your family

  • Returning families

    • $250 Non-Refundable Enrollment Deposit (due February 28 to hold your child’s spot – applied toward tuition)

      • $100 Non-Refundable Late Enrollment Fee (due in addition to the Enrollment Deposit if paid after March 1)

      • $200 Non-Refundable Late Enrollment Fee  (due in addition to the Enrollment Deposit if paid after May 1)

    • FACTS Tuition Payment Plan Fee (FACTS Fee) - depends on the payment plan chosen for your family

Financial Aid

Archdiocese of Baltimore Financial Aid - Through FACTS (Third-Party Tuition and Financial Aid Management)

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment is an independent, third party company that conducts a financial analysis to determine your family’s financial need. The Archdiocese of Baltimore receives a confidential report outlining your financial situation based on the information obtained in your application and supporting tax documents. Applications open in November and are due February 28, 2021. Both the FACTS application and the St. Agnes Financial Information form are required. Awards are send out in March or April of 2021. There is a $30 Application Fee.

BOOST is a State Maryland Program, enacted in 2016, to ensure lower-income students could afford the K-12 education best fit for their needs. BOOST provides scholarships to eligible students to enable them to attend a nonpublic school. BOOST scholarship are available to public school students and current nonpublic school students whose family incomes is: 

  • $30,044 or less for a family of 2 

  • $37,777 or less for a family of 3 

  • $45,510 or less for a family of 4 

  • $53,243 or less for a family of 5

Children’s Scholarship Fund
Open to all qualifying AOB students. Please go to: for more information.  

CLOSES February 1, 2021. 

  • At least one child from the family will be entering private school for the first time

  • The student will attend a registered private school in the upcoming school year

  • The student meets all academic and other admission requirements of that school

  • The student will be entering K – 7th Grade

  • The family must agree to pay a portion of the tuition ($500 minimum), and participate in their children’s education.

  • The family meets the following income eligibility guidelines

  • Baltimore City residents only

St. Agnes and St. William of York Tuition Assistance Grants

Tuition Assistance Grants are available to students in grades Kindergarten through 8. To qualify, you must be a registered member of St. Agnes Parish for at least one school year, worship with your children on a weekly basis in our church, and submit the application forms and documentation to the St. Agnes Parish Office in a sealed envelope marked “Tuition Assistance Committee.” Applications are due on May 18, 2021. 



The Theresa F. Truschel Charitable Foundation, Inc.

Established in 2007 to provide scholarships to students attending Catholic schools at all levels, as well as to provide grants to Catholic institutions and organizations which are helping those in need who require temporary financial assistance to support themselves and their families. Applications for 2021-22 are available April 1, 2021 and must be post-marked by April 30, 2020. Awards will be made in June 2021. For more information visit their website


Knott Scholarship Fund
The Knott Scholarship Funds award four-year, full-tuition scholarships to attend a Catholic parish elementary school or a Catholic high school within the geographic area of the Archdiocese of Baltimore.  These scholarships are awarded to Catholic students who excel in academics. To apply, the student must be in grade 4 or grade 8, and must live in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, or Howard County. Student must score above the 94th percentile on standardized tests. Please go to: for more information.


Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Young Scholars Program
The Foundation’s Young Scholars Program is designed to nurture exceptional students who have demonstrated, through academic excellence and extracurricular activities that they have the potential to excel. Students apply for the program in 7th grade, enter the program in 8th grade, and continue through high school. Applications are typically due in mid-April. Daniel Rudd Scholarship Fund
The Daniel Rudd Scholarship Fund is administered by the Office and Board of African American Catholic Ministries in the Archdiocese of Baltimore. The scholarship, named after the founder of the National Black Catholic Congress, is open to low income Catholic students, currently residing in the metropolitan area of Baltimore and enrolled in a Catholic school within the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Parish/Church Scholarships
Many of our students request and receive scholarship money from their church or parish. Individuals should contact their Priest or Pastor for specific information. We are happy to provide a letter template to submit to your church. 

Caroline D. Bradley Scholarship
Awarded through the Institute for Educational Advancement, the Caroline D. Bradley Scholarship is awarded to exceptionally gifted middle school students who have demonstrated academic and personal excellence. The application process takes place when the student is in 7th grade.

GB Charities Scholarship
GBC chooses motivated students to receive tuition support of their elementary and secondary education. All GBC scholarship recipients and their parents enter into a binding contract: One requirement is a strong family support system. Each child is assigned a GBC member, who closely monitors the child’s grades, attendance, effort, and conduct. GBC also encourages the child’s participation in extracurricular activities, such as Scouts, sports, and the arts.
