The BEARS Rock the House!

If you passed by Old Frederick Road on Friday afternoon, you likely heard the chant "When the BEARS Rock the House" loudly ring throughout our Activity Center. The cheer was just part of our Spirit Rally that offered a festive and exciting conclusion to an amazing week on campus.

This memorable week began with Monday's "Crazy Hat Day", followed by Tuesday's "Crazy Hat Day" and Wednesday's "Backwards Day". Each of these events saw our students dress in a fun and festive manner which brought smiles to the entire St. Agnes community.

As the week progressed, we used "Thankful Thursday" as an occasion in which to offer our gratitude for the many groups who offer their selfless service to our school community: our parish staff, our School Board and our Home & School Association. There was even an "extra" treat that day for our faculty and staff who never seem to tire in support of our school.

This joyous week wrapped up in grand style at Friday's Spirit Rally event with games, cheers and even an 8th grade vs. faculty volleyball game. And in keeping with the festivity of the week, there was even a sighting of our recently named school mascot, Aggie the Bear.

It is week's like the 1st Annual Spirit Week that will help form memories that will last a lifetime for our students.

We Are...ST. AGNES!
